From Seed to Cup: A Commitment to Excellence

Hand-Picking

Only the perfectly ripe, red cherries are selected by hand, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.

Step 2

Volcanic Washing

We use pristine mountain water from the Mbeya region to wash the beans, removing pulp and enhancing their natural clarity.

Step 3

Sun-Drying

The beans are meticulously sun-dried on raised African beds, absorbing the Tanzanian sunshine that gives them their distinct "Sun Kissed" flavor.

Step 4

Expert Roasting

Our master roasters apply custom profiles to bring out the unique notes of each selection, ensuring optimal flavor development.
