Return Eligibility

You may return unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags unless the product is defective or damaged. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@jiranikoffe.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not ship your purchase back to us without first contacting our customer service team.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@jiranikoffe.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
